Prismatic Arts Festival

The Prismatic Arts Festival is an annual, multidisciplinary arts festival that showcases and celebrates innovative work by Indigenous artists and artists of colour from across Canada. Prismatic is committed to making their events and performances accessible to all by prioritizing accessible venues, providing ASL and captioning, and making sensory kits available for performances.

Autism Nova Scotia's Best of Local Gala

Autism Nova Scotia's 2025 Best of Local Gala will be taking place on October 16th, at the Cedar Event Centre. The evening will showcase a celebration of Nova Scotia’s finest — from outstanding local food, beverages, and vendors to an unforgettable live musical experience you won’t want to miss.


SeaChange CoLab ACE Awards

SeaChange CoLab will be hosting their first ever ACE Awards on October 23rd, 2025 in Halifax at the Daily Grind. The Municipality of the County of Kings' annual Pride Launch will be held on June 4th. The event will be emceed by local students and will feature remarks from the AVRCE, Valley Pride, as well as the Chair and Vice Chair of the Diversity Kings County Committee. Following the speaking portion of the event, there will be a flag raising and light refreshments.
